    To be clear, this is not a political video.

    He just made me realize that something in me has been asleep.

    I haven’t felt goosebumps like that in so long, because my passion has been held at bay by my fucked up mind-chatter.

    This is about freedom, soul work, passion, purpose, standing for something.

    Once again, I haven’t shared this for political purposes, it was just what I needed to hear to snap-me-the-fuck-out of mediocre land that I got caught up in and felt others may need a wake up call too

    Are you badass who feels spiritual, and yet doesn’t know how to express it without feeling flowery woo-woo?

    Today’s blog is about coming out of the spiritual closet and owning it completely.

    Being a spiritual badass can make dealing with woo-woo concepts frustrating at times.

    To build your empire on solid foundations, it’s important to develop the parts you love and get rid of the rest.

    People Are (Energetically) Smarter Than You Think

    Your vibe attracts your tribe. A classic saying that’s so true!

    Have you ever had those moments when something felt a little off about a person?

    I mean they appeared successful, and actually didn’t do or say anything wrong.

    But something just didn’t feel right.

    Or perhaps you’re doing EVERYTHING you can to sell your product and nobody is buying.

    You’ll almost always find there is something out of alignment whether it’s you don’t really want to sell this product (whether out of fear or ‘shoulds’) or you’re not comfortable with the price (you’ve jumped too high above your comfort zone.

    The same principles apply to you not showing up full as you are.

    If there are spiritual principles you agree with, then speak about those and leave the rest behind.

    Sharing what you stand for/against is called polarizing and it’s actually great for business – as long as it’s coming from an authentic place and not just for polarity sake.

    Woo + Work Just Works

    Another reason some badasses fear being spiritual is that they think it means doing nothing.

    The Secret copped so much flak because it made it sound like you just say what you want, believe it’s going to happen and then watch it miraculously appear.

    A Zen Hustler knows that it takes a combination of LOA AND action.

    One doesn’t work without the other.

    Spirituality is something we all have even if it’s expressed individually with different belief systems.

    There is something greater than us.

    A force stronger than anything we can imagine.

    Combine this powerhouse with action and you’re kicking it girlfriend.

    Spiritual + Badass

    You don’t have to decide between the two.

    The reason I created Zen Hustler was because I made the decision to own both sides of me.

    New Moon Intention Setting For Business Planning Goal Setting

    Would you like to know how to hold a New Moon intention setting session to enhance + amplify your business planning?

    Today’s blog is all about how to create goals that cultivate powerful outcomes in business, using this New Moon Intention setting practice.

    The Moon is the most consistent and reliable planner available.

    It takes 29.5 days for the moon to rotate around the earth, and moves into 8 powerful phases.

    Setting your goals/intentions at a New Moon, allows you to plant the seeds of your dreams into fertile ground and bloom as the moon waxes and turns into a full moon.

    Set The Scene

    Every new moon, you’ll find me locking myself away in my office. If my Princess and Mr Handsome are home, they get notice not to interrupt me for a couple of hours (you don’t need to take this long) It’s a super exciting time for me, and I relish the feeling of a blank new canvas I can paint whatever I’d like to create.

    1. Start with cleansing your space using Sage, Palo Santo or Incense.
    2. Grab your journal, Artist pad, coloured pens/textas
    3. Put some beautiful music that uplifts and relaxes.
    4. Write down what you’d like to create.
    5. Create a Crystal grid (optional)

    Feelings Over Musts

    When writing down your goals/intentions, the MOST IMPORTANT part of all this is to feel your way through.

    Let your gut feels rule when setting goals. Throw the ‘shoulds’ out! Share on X
    Use a combination of external goals and feelings.
    For example: If you’d like to make $10k this month, write down your money goal but then think about how you’d like to feel.

    You could write something like: I feel accomplished, grounded and prosperous.

    It’s important not to write down more than 10 intentions/goals each month, and EVEN MORE IMPORTANT to hand write rather than type these out.

    Snapshot Forecast

    Every new Moon I do Moon Reading.

    I’ve got a stack of oracle cards, and pull out a bunch of them at one time and choose 5 decks to work with.

    This is all very intuitive.

    1. You can pick all 5 cards from the same deck or different ones – totally up to you.
    2. Grab a blank piece of paper and write down each card that you pick for the following:
    • New Moon
    • Waxing
    • Full
    • Waning
    • Dark Moon

    3. Write down the name of each card, and what comes up for you intuitively as you read the in depth description.

    As you approach each phase, refer back to this to keep you on track and in flow.

    This is an interactive and daily process, of connecting to self and higher powers so it’s important for daily self-reflection.

    Does it feel like there’s a missing piece to your sales process?

    Today’s blog is about how to dig a little deeper, to uncover where you’re feeling stunted with growing your business.

    Your sales process encompasses more than just the physical aspect of selling.

    Systems and processes are just as important as ensuring you’re feeling balance in other areas.

    It’s super important to understand what’s going on energetically, otherwise you’ll end up feeling misaligned to the very thing you love.

    In order to get from point A to B, you need to first be clear that you are indeed at point A, and gather your bearings.

    Have a clear understanding of where you are now, will allow you to create a map of where you’d like to go.

    In Business this may show up as impulsive and reactive if you don’t have an outline of where you’re headed.

    Block off some time to take stock of what’s going on for you right now.

    Does your Client Path (Sales Process/Funnel) take your clients on a journey of discovery to learn about you, and transform along the way too?

    Are your love letters (auto-responder emails) filled with value or fluff?

    Which product does each freebie pathway lead them to?

    Chakra Business

    Now it’s time to take care of ENERGETIC Business.

    You can take care of all the external aspects of business, but if you’re cylinders aren’t running smoothly then it can all be in vain.

    It doesn’t have to be a long complex process.

    Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths.

    In your mind’s eye see a gorgeous column of light coming into the top of your head.

    Allow it to move through your body and visualize each chakra spinning clean and brightly and going back into the earth.

    Take a few more deep breaths and open your eyes gently.

    Grab your journal and write down what comes up for you.

    Your sales funnel, should take clients on a journey of personal transformation as they also learn about you. Share on X

    Reset + Hustle The Sales Process.

    You’ve analyzed your Client Pathway (Sales Process) strategy and reset energetically by cleansing your Chakras.

    Now it’s time to ensure you incorporate soul and strategy EVERYDAY.

    • Start your day with journaling, meditation and crystals.
    • Write down your goals everyday.
    • Check in with mindset throughout the day.
    • Are you in lack/prosperity? Masculine/Feminine?

    There’s no right or wrong, awareness is key here.

    Do you wonder how Mercury Retrograde affects your business, and why there’s so much fear and hype around it?
    Mercury is the planet of communication, and is known as the messenger.
    It also rules transport, computers and travel.

    What Is It Exactly?

    Basically Mercury moves off it’s normal course 3-4 times a year. It appears to be going backwards and takes 3-3.5 weeks to get back on track.

    Why Should You Be Aware?

    This doesn’t have to be a scary time, it’s about being aware, thorough and cautious before proceeding into something new.

    The upside to this is that we sometimes run on  auto-pilot, and this time allows us to step back into our bodies and see things through fresh eyes.

    One important thing I’d like to highlight.

    Be sure to back up both your computer and website.  Both can be backed up directly to Google or Dropbox via plugin or to an external drive.

    What Works Really Well.

    Check in With Old Clients

    Rather than trying to source new clients, check in with old clients, and leads you haven’t contacted for some time. Use this time to use notice the untapped resources around you instead of seeking new.

    Revisit The Old

    If you’re anything like me you’ve probably got hundreds of ideas that you’ve either written, or somewhat started and not had a chance to finish. Go through these again and see if anything springs out at you.

    Reflection

    It’s time to take stock of finances, clients, marketing methods, time + energy management. Time to slow down, with less pushiness. This does NOT mean do nothing, it’s more about intentional action.

    Time to get clear on what needs to be taken care of, use this time to finish the incomplete.

    Business Nesting

    Think of it like spiritual de-cluttering for your business. What thoughts, ideas, clients and things in your physical space need to be cleared?

    What Doesn’t Work So Well.

    Long Term or Big Decisions

    Don’t make any decisions that lock you in. When signing any documents, double and triple check the fine print first.

    Jumping To Conclusions

    Stop and breathe before making any decisions. Miscommunication so easily happens during Mercury Retrograde.

    Unleashing

    Communication awareness is key here. Now is not the time to release pent up emotions as it may not be received in the way that you intend it.

    Also, take time think about how you’re generally communicating with your clients, tribe, suppliers and as well as colleagues.

    In summary:

    • Take the time for plenty introspection.
    • Patience is required .
    • Don’t read too much into what people say and write.
    • Ask questions, before making firm decisions, and creating opinions.
    • Finish things you’ve already started.
    • Reflect on the way you communicate, and receive information.
    • Slow down.
